Hello World! I’m Haritina and Emaya Consult is my third child (right after my two children – Ema and Aya!)
I bring 8+ years of experience in the area of Agile and Scrum, starting with a Master’s degree in Project Management in the UK, and a career evolving from PMO and Project coordinator to Project Manager, Scrum Master, RTE and Agile Coach, giving me the opportunity to get familiar with all facets of the World of Project Management and Agile. After working with multiple Project Management methodologies I developed a particular interest in Agile. This motivated me to pursue a career as a Scrum Master and Agile coach. I enjoy being servant leader to many agile teams, being responsible for leading Agile Transformations, coaching the teams, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are followed, facilitating processes and meetings, removing impediments and barriers and protecting teams from external forces. Helping teams deliver value in a quality way, and at the same time ensuring people are enthusiastic and happy, is my main passion. Most recently my curiosity and energy have been focused in the area of Coaching – Life, Business and Team, having successfully completed several coaching courses and kickstarted my career as a Professional Coach.
